FAQ
Common questions, straight answers.
For most modules under four hours during a UK business day. The slowest step is you minting the scoped API key inside your own PMS console — the handshake itself is seconds, the supervised first run is scheduled for the next operational window that suits your team.
No. Every module runs on a scoped API credential that you mint inside your own PMS vendor's console and paste into the activation form. The credential is revocable by you at any moment from the same screen; we never shadow-login.
We will tell you during the supervised first run and recommend you cancel before the second month invoices. That is a routine outcome for us, not a rarity — the PMS vendors cover more ground than most operators have been shown.
One-click cancel inside the client console takes effect at the end of the current calendar month. Module-side data for the cancelled licence is deleted within 30 days; we confirm by email once the delete runs. No cancellation fee, no renegotiation.
Front-line support is senior engineers only — the same people who authored the module. Standard tier is 4-hour reply during UK business hours, Pro tier is 1 hour with a named engineer. We publish our SLA on the pricing page.
Where a module processes guest details, Clydebridge Software Ltd acts strictly as processor under a written DPA before any guest data is sent. Our own controller-side handling of operator records follows the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, ICO registration ZA917604. See the security page for specifics.
All modules support Guestline Rezlynx out of the box. Four modules (booking widget, dynamic rates, parity watchdog, guest email journeys) also support RMS, Mews, Hotsoft and Apaleo. We publish an up-to-date matrix on the catalogue page as new PMS integrations ship.
The supervised first run is included in the first month at no extra cost and we actively recommend cancellation if the module duplicates something you already have. A separate "free trial" period would create more paperwork — the monthly cancel at month-end is already low-risk by design.
In the event of ceasing trading we give 90 days' written notice to active clients, publish final module source escrow for every active connector, and refund the pro-rated unused portion of the current month's licence. The DPA includes a specific data-return / data-deletion clause triggered by this scenario.
