What is actually included in every tier

  • No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no cancellation fee.
  • No percentage take of bookings or room revenue. The module price is the whole price.
  • API traffic for the module's normal operation is included — if your PMS vendor charges per API call, that cost is passed through at cost with a monthly statement.
  • Sterling pricing. VAT shown on the invoice at the UK rate when applicable.
  • Your data stays yours. On cancellation we delete module-side data within 30 days and e-mail you a confirmation.

Volume discount

Operators running the Pro tier across more than 10 properties move to a volume agreement — a 15 % reduction on the per-property price kicks in from property 11 onward. Written as an addendum to the same rolling monthly contract, not a separate agreement with a term.
