£34/month

Billed monthly in GBP. VAT shown on invoice. Cancel at month end from the client console.

What this module does

Focused two-way sync for operators with a disproportionate Airbnb share. Cheaper and simpler than another full channel-manager tier when nothing else is unusual. iCal fallback plus Airbnb API, reservation events pushed to your PMS folio, cancellations and modifications round-tripped. Monthly licence, cancellable at month end.

How it connects to your PMS

You mint a scoped read + write API credential inside your own PMS vendor's console — the module never asks for your login. The permissions we need are specific to the endpoints this module calls; we publish the exact list on activation. If the key is too narrow we tell you which scope is missing, worded for your PMS's own interface.

What it does not do

It does not replace or shadow native functionality in your PMS. If your PMS already handles the job well out of the box, we will tell you so during the supervised first run and recommend you cancel before the second month invoices — that is a quarterly outcome for us, not a rarity.

What runs on the first supervised cycle

The engineer who authored the connector watches the first full run — rate push, reservation import, email send, whichever applies — and signs off that the module behaves against your real PMS instance. One supervised cycle is included at no extra cost.

Cancellation

One-click cancel inside the client console takes effect at the end of the current calendar month. Module-side data for the cancelled licence is deleted within 30 days; we confirm by email once the delete has run.
